Corrosion Protection
Canusa WrapidTape consists of a crosslinked polyolefin backing, coated with a protective, heat active anti-corrosion adhesive which effectively bonds to steel substrates and common pipeline coatings including polyethylene and fusion bonded epoxy.
The WrapidTape products are designed to Offer superior protection on bends, fittings, reducers and other pipe structures where a typical WrapidShrink™ product cannot be applied.

GTS-65-EN
Corrosion Protective Heat-Shrinkable Sleeve
The GTS-65-EN system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on pipelines operating up to 65°C. GTS-65-EN has been designed with a unique adhesive technology that remains “open” longer than traditional adhesives. As a result, lower preheat temperatures are required to attain true adhesive wet-out and superior bonding to parent coating surfaces.
GTS-65-EN can be used in conjunction with Canusa-CPS’s forced cure Liquid Epoxy Type E-WF or as 2-layer coating without liquid epoxy.
Canusa GTS-65-EN meets the requirements of EN12068 class C50 UV.

GTS-PE
Field-Applied 3LPE System
GTS-PE 3LPE field-applied coating system is the world’s first joint coating technology designed with the same materials as the 3LPE factory-applied coatings.
Compared to other factory grade 3LPE coating systems, GTS-PE provides very low installation temperatures and a proven, uniform and repeatable application process. Additionally, the GTS-PE system is fully compatible for use with induction heating.

Corrosion Protective Heat-Shrinkable Sleeve
The Canusa K-60 Wraparound sleeve is designed for corrosion protection of buried and exposed pipelines operating up to 60°C.
K-60 consists of a crosslinked polyolefin backing, coating with a technologically advanced corrosion protective adhesive, which effectively bonds to the steel substrate and common pipeline coatings including polyethylene and fusion bonded epoxy.

HORIZONTAL DRILLING - HDD
The DDX - Directional Drilling Kit is a high performance system designed to protect welded joints on PP, PE and FBE coated pipelines in directional drilling applications.
