Pressio® Rings Wall Penetration Seals

Pressio® wall penetration seals are the safest means of wall penetration for various sizes of cables or pipes going through walls, wherever annular spaces must be sealed. The seals are made of soft rubber and stainless steel pressure plates. The Pressio® wall penetration seal is leakproof against high external water pressure.

Compenseal® and KMR

COMPENSEAL®

Compenseal® are flanged towards the wall when pipe movements or subsidence are expected. This system offers a secure sealing up to 1.0 bar with a maximum annular space of 70 mm. The sealing is especially suitable for warm pipelines, such as pre-insulated district heating pipelines.

KMR

Pipe movements and subsidence are big challenges when fitting a wall penetration seal, especially for pre-insulated pipelines carrying warm substances. The sealing sleeve type KMR fulfills strict technical requirements to tightly seal wall penetrations in the long term, especially for pipes with larger dimensions.

Labyrinth Wall Penetration Seal

Used as a water-stop directly in the wall for building penetrations, especially on pre-insulated pipes for district heating. High quality rubber ensures that this seal is absolutely reliable. Recommended up to 0.5 bar of water pressure

Casing Spacers

Casing Spacers with ball-shaped skids have a unique bolt-less connection and are mounted very quickly. The flexibility of the elements allows extreme bending. It is easily possible to bundle several pipes together. Many skids bear the pipe load in the casing pipe. The system also ensures good abrasion resistance and perfect sliding properties.
